Lister, Lister-Petter and Petter remanufactured engines - general specification

All engines remanufactured by Realdiesels are done so to the original specifications using genuine or OEM parts, and include;

All new bearings and bushes

Machined and tested crankshaft and camshaft, or new as appropriate

New pistons

New cylinder barrels/liners or re-bored cylinder block

All new seals, gaskets, joints and filters

New fastenings, threads and nuts

Reconditioned cylinder heads including new valves, seats, guides, springs, or new cylinder head as appropriate

Resurfaced cylinder head face and/or block as appropriate

Pressure and crack testing (water cooled engines)

New or reconditioned oil pump

New or reconditioned water pump (where fitted)

New or reconditioned injection equipment

New fuel lift pump (if fitted)

New or reconditioned electrical ancillaries (if fitted)

Full temperature running test

All timings, balancing and settings fixed

12 month unlimited hours conditional warranty

Complete and in serviceable and running condition

Full inspection prior to dispatch

Worn, damaged and missing components repaired replaced as appropriate

Full temperature running test

Depending on customer requirements and specification we may also at times supply untested, incomplete or non-running units by agreement.
